The hot springs were a pure delight, the perfect temperature to unwind and relax in. The attentive staff made us feel at home, always ready to help with our needs. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food, prepared with fresh local ingredients, a real culinary experience. the hotel is conveniently situated near many local attractions, making it a great location for exploring the region.
The ambiance of the hotel could use some improvement, as it gave off an institutional feeling, making us feel uneasy and less relaxed than we expected. we had a pleasant stay, but we were hoping for a more luxurious spa experience.

the staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to provide us with breakfast when we had to leave early. the rooms were clean and comfortable with modern amenities. the thermal pool was a highlight, clean and well-maintained, with massage showers that provided relief to tired muscles. the food was tasty and the service was prompt.
The spa facilities could use some improvement in terms of maintenance and ambiance.

During our New Year's stay, we enjoyed the hotel's amenities. the thermal pool was nice and clean, and we loved the massage showers. the food was also very good, with a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.
The hotel lacked personality and charm. the decor was dated and gave off a hospital-like vibe rather than a cozy atmosphere.
